Each ADDTIONAL Athlete is $5 per session.
Drop-In Training at The Shed allows all current clients over the age of 16 to train independently during our opening hours. You can use our facilities for up to 60 minutes for extra training time. While Coach Kirsten and Cheya may be coaching during your drop-in, they will be present for supervision and can leave a workout on the whiteboard for your use. Please notify us in advance to ensure the gym is open and ready for your arrival. This is a great opportunity to get those gym hours in at a facility built for athletes.
